New Life for Hospice Trees

California's historic drought has taken its toll on millions of trees in the Sierra Mountain Range.

The recent rainfall cannot save the estimated 100+ million pine and fir trees, weakened by the prolonged lack of water, that have succumbed to the native bark beetle that has infested them. With the knowledge that more trees will die in the upcoming years, what more can be done with all this valuable timber?
